This space was born from a love of beauty and style, but also from something deeper — a desire for real conversations. The kind that don’t always make it to curated feeds or highlight reels.
 
LifewithCates began as late-night conversations with my sister-in-law, Statia. We talked about life, growth, confidence, motherhood, healing, and the many seasons women move through.

Over time, those conversations grew into something more. I wanted to create a space where women could feel seen, encouraged, and inspired, without the pressure to be perfect.
