Her Light began as a tribute — to the women who shaped me and the ones still shaping the world quietly.
Each feature honors strength in its many forms: resilience, kindness, courage, and becoming.
These are not perfect women. They are real women — and that’s the light.

The Women I Never Forgot

At fifteen, I found myself living in a children's shelter after my life changed overnight. I don't remember every face from that season, but I will never forget two women whose simple acts of kindness became a light I still carry with me today. Their names have faded with time. Their kindness never did.
