I used to think good skin only came with a massive price tag. At one point, my bathroom counter looked like a Sephora had exploded,
$200 serums, fancy cleansers, creams I couldn’t even pronounce and my skin still wasn’t happy. Dull, redness, irritation… and let’s not talk about how much money I spent.

So, I ditched the expensive stuff, simplified my routine, and started trying products that were actually affordable and wow. My skin finally chilled out. No gatekeeping here this is exactly what I use now during my morning routine.
Step 1: Cleanse Without Wrecking Your Skin
Medicube Zero Foam Cleanser
A good cleanser shouldn’t strip your skin or leave it squeaky. This one cleans everything off (makeup, sunscreen, the day) but leaves my face soft and happy. It’s my must-have first step.
Step 2: Tone, Baby
I rotate between two toners:
Glow Recipe PHA + BHA Face Toner – gentle exfoliation that keeps my skin smooth without irritation.
Fenty Skin Milky Fat Toner – perfect for days my skin needs a little extra hydration.
Toner used to feel like an unnecessary step, but now I swear by it. My serums work better and my skin just feels… balanced.
Step 3: Treat with Serums That Actually Do Something
Numbuzin No.5 Serum – brightens and evens my skin tone.
COSRX Pure Fit Cica Serum – my holy grail for calming redness and irritation.
This combo has done more for my skin than any $300 “miracle” serum ever did.

Step 4: Seal It In
Finish with a lightweight moisturizer and SPF in the morning. I switch it up depending on the season, but this step is what keeps all the other products working their magic.
Why This Works for Me
My skin is clearer, calmer, and I spend way less time overthinking my routine. It’s proof that you don’t need 15 steps or a luxury skincare budget to get results.
